What are the packages that you offer?

We offer a full array of products and services ranging from just our time and your images on DVD to coffee table designer albums and much more. A lot of time and effort has gone into carefully designing four detailed packages that provide a variety of choices, and will meet your needs depending on the type of coverage you are seeking. If you decide on a coffee table album, you'll have the choice between two beautiful, distinctly different styles. How much is the deposit to save our date?

A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date. The rest is payable on the day unless other arrangements have been made and noted in the contract.

We definitely want to book you, now what?

Firstly, make sure that the date is still available. Then decide which package you want. Let us know and we will put a contract together. Once we have a signed contract and the deposit, then the date is yours. You are welcome to set up a consultation and come chat to us at any point in the process.

How long do you require to do the portrait shots of the bride and groom?

At least 45 minutes will be required for portrait shots of the bride and groom. This doesn't include the time required to do the group photos. If 45 minutes isn't provided or catered for we can not guarantee that you will get the same quality of photos as those seen in our portfolio.

Do you offer a website and CD of my images? If so, is this included in the packages or this is an extra fee?

We offer a selection gallery which is sent to you on a CD to choose your album images from, as well as a hi-res DVD of your images suitable for reprints. The DVD is only delivered with the final package of album or prints.

How do we go about meeting you?

We arrange to meet couples at a nearby coffee shop, if the distance is not too far, for an informal chat and to show you some samples. However bookings can be made without meeting up if the distance is too great. Evening and weekend appointments are also available.

Do you offer a pre-wedding consultation? If so, is this included in the packages or this is an extra fee?

We offer a pre-wedding consultation to show recent work and just to talk about the process. This is usually about an hour and is free

How long will it be before we can see our photos?

Your images will be ready within 2-3 weeks after the event. This depends on our workload at the time.
